The i2 User Group respects the privacy of its members and other visitors to its web site, and believes that visitors must be assured that information provided online is used responsibly and appropriately. The majority of data i2 User Group collects is used only to help i2 User Group better serve its members. If our privacy policies change, we will notify all users by e-mail or a special announcement placed on the web site.
i2 User Group will not sell information to any third party with the intent of direct marketing. Furthermore, i2 User Group will endeavor to protect member organization information from recruiters, direct marketers, or any other unsolicited contact outside of its stated mission.
i2 User Group Members vs. Non-members
To gain access to members-only resources on the i2 User Group web site, members and other users are issued a user name and Password that they use each time they log in. If, at any time, a member organization feels its members-only User ID and Password have been compromised, the member key contact shall inform the i2 User Group, who will reset it in a timely manner. Non-member visitors may browse i2 User Group’s public areas without any login required.
Contact information (in databases and on other web pages) on the i2 User Group web site is provided to i2 User Group members for the sole and express purpose of improving their use of i2 Technologies applications and their ability to network with other members. Unauthorized copying or redistribution of information found anywhere on this web site or use of company names for recruiting or direct marketing purposes is strictly prohibited and could result in suspension of i2 User Group membership. Financial information (such as credit card number) collected is used only to bill the user for services ordered.
Refund/Return Policy
