Directions 2008

After thoughtful consideration, and discussion between i2 User Group leaders and i2 executive teams, the decision has been made to postpone Directions 2008, scheduled for November 5-7 in Dallas. The pending acquisition of i2 by JDA Software, and the unknown timing of its closure, made it difficult for an agenda to be finalized and for customers to make the decision to travel to the event, thus prompting this decision.

The Ken Sharma Awards will go on as planned and applications are still being accepted. Companies will be recognized in three categories: supply chain return on investment, implementation breadth and depth, and innovation. Applications will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges from AMR Research, and finalists in each category will be named by the end of 2008. Applications for this prestigious award are being accepted until October 15, 2008 and can be requested by sending email to: KenSharmaAwards@i2.com.
