DALLAS - December 22, 2004 -- The i2 User Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the issues and needs of the Users of the entire suite of i2 products, today announced that six individuals have been elected to its Board of Directors.
Joe Damm, BAE Systems and Ravi Vancheeswaran, ON Semiconductor were both re-elected to another two-year term. New i2 User Group Board members in 2005 include Andrew Cordischi of BNSF Logistics, Robin Goodwin of Fairchild Semiconductor and Suchit Rajadhyaksha of Sun Microsystems and Chad Denucci a representative of a consumer goods company.
Members of the Board of Directors support the association's goals by taking an enthusiastic role in the activities that help continually provide value to the i2 Technologies' product User community. Each elected term runs two years, and an individual may serve up to three two-year terms.
"The i2 User Group Board works closely with i2 and its executive team to provide a collective voice of the i2 User Group community. It is our goal to move forward with the great strides we have made and continue providing input on products and practices at i2,” said Leanne Marshall, i2 User Group Chairman.
The new members of the i2 User Group Board of Directors will represent i2 Users along with the following current Board members: Chris Aronovici, Best Buy; Hal Feuchtwanger, Michaels Stores, Inc; Wolfgang Hoffman, Nike; Ellen Martin, VF Corporation; Christopher O’Connor, Whirlpool Corporation; and Bob Stanley, Halliburton.
New members of the Board of Directors will be sworn-in, and officers elected at the Board's next meeting in January. About the i2 User Group
