i2 User Group Elects Six to Board of Directors

Companies represented include Best Buy, Halliburton, Michaels, Nike, Whirlpool and VF Services

ATLANTA - December 17, 2003 -- The i2 User Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the issues and needs of the users of the entire suite of i2 products, today announced that six individuals have been elected to its Board of Directors.

Chris Aronovici, Best Buy, was re-elected to a second two-year term. Those elected to their first terms on the Board are Bob Stanley of Halliburton; Hal Feuchtwanger, Michaels; Wolfgang Hoffman, Nike; Christopher O'Conner, Whirlpool; and Ellen Martin, VF Services, Inc.

Members of the Board of Directors support the association's goals by taking an enthusiastic role in the activities that help continually provide value to the i2 Technologies' product user community. Each elected term runs two years, and an individual may serve up to three two-year terms.

Three-term Board members Gene Hunt, Texas Instruments and JB Hoyt, Whirlpool Corporation, have reached their term limits and will leave the Board in January. Also departing are Rob McClellan, TaylorMade-adidas Golf; Joe Kochan, Dana Corporation; and Tom Johnson, Michelin.   All four did not seek re-election for personal reasons, but their companies remain active i2 User Group members.

"As an i2 User Group Board Member you take on the responsibility of the voice of the group to the i2 executive team. Now more than ever, the User Group has the opportunity to partner closely with i2 to provide input on products and practices and I look forward to the exciting things to come from the new Board," said Gene Hunt, i2 User Group Chairman.

The new members of the i2 User Group Board of Directors will represent i2 users along with the following current Board members: Joe Damm, BAE Systems; Stephen Burge, Lockheed-Martin; Kelly Cunningham, Michelin; Leanne Marshall, National Textiles; and Sandie Foster, SBI & Co.

New members of the Board of Directors will be sworn-in, and officers elected at the Board's next meeting in January.
