i2 User Group Annual Conference Seeks Breakout Session Presenters at the Top of their Supply Chain Game

DALLAS – July 17, 2007 – The i2 User Group will hold its annual Directions conference Nov. 5–7 in the Marriott Newport Beach Hotel and Spa. The event will focus on process improvements, change management, leveraging supply chain assets and other related topics with an overall event theme of “Are you at the top of your game?”

The i2 User Group currently has an open call for presenters and is inviting i2 customers to submit abstracts for consideration. Presentations should be focused on a specific business problem, the solution and the business benefits received from the implementation. The Directions event will feature a breakout session program focused on specific industries as well as solution segments. All abstracts are due by Aug. 24 via electronic submission at www.i2-usergroup.org.

“Directions is one of the best opportunities for users to network and discuss how to get the most value from i2 solutions,” said Ravi Vancheeswaran, i2 User Group chairman. “I’ve been a user since 2001 and I’m always learning something new at Directions. On-site training sessions, special interest group meetings, breakout sessions and even just casual conversation with i2 users reaps significant benefit for me.”
