DALLAS - March 3, 2008 - The i2 User Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the issues and needs of i2 product users, today announced that its board of directors has elected officers for 2008.
The newly appointed executive committee for 2008 includes:
Wemple is a newly elected member of the i2 User Group board of directors. Other new board members include Susan Olivier of JC Penney, Alicia Cheeseman-Barrett of Sprint Nextel and Brad Lankford of Dell.
Three current board members, Budahn, Ellen Martin of VF Corporation and Tom Dadmun of Adtran, were re-elected to additional two-year terms.
Other members of the i2 User Group board of directors include Ravi Vancheeswaran of ON Semiconductor, Mike Gray of Dell and Andy Cordischi of BNSF Logistics.
In accepting his new role on the user group board, Bryan stated, "I have spent more than a decade learning the intricacies of i2 solutions and have seen first-hand the power of a close relationship with i2 as an organization. It is my goal to represent the thousands of i2 users around the world by working closely with the i2 executive team and communicating the broader needs of the user community. With i2 Planet fast approaching, now is a great time for users to become active members of the i2 User Group and take advantage of the knowledge-sharing, training sessions, networking opportunities and the solution enhancement voting process. Becoming more involved enables users to more fully leverage their i2 investment."
