Enhancement Voting

You can have a hand in i2's Future Product Roadmap with the New Enhancement Voting and Customer Engagement Program.

As part of our mission to speak to i2 with one voice, i2 and the i2 User Group are actively partnering in improving the enhancement voting process. This process puts the all i2 users first, ensuring that the enhancements needed by the majority will become part of the product roadmap. All current i2 customers have votes allotted based on maintenance paid. Extra votes are allotted to i2 User Group and enhancements subcommittee members. This is now the primary avenue for requesting i2 product enhancements.

The new Enhancements Voting process is open to all i2 customers, not just members of the i2 User Group. i2UG members get 15% preferential votes and are given an opportunity to participate and lead in the i2 Product Sub-committees.
